Moses spent 40 Days on the Mountain with God. Elijah spent 40 Days with God. Jesus spent 40 Days with the Father, just before launching His public Ministry. There is something about setting aside 40 Days in an intensive, focused, prayer effort. At key moments in my own life the Lord has led me to set aside 40 Days of focused prayer. Several of those times, He has also led me to invite others to join me in the effort. Once again the Lord has led me to lead a 40 Day period of focused prayer and fasting. This time we will be focusing on praying for the Future of NEBC. Over the last 3 years we have seen the Lord use NEBC students, staff, and faculty to be a part of bringing nearly 600 people to faith in Jesus. We praise the Lord for using us in this way. Yet, recognizing the times in which we live, we are asking the Lord to use NEBC to impact the Northeast in an even greater way in the coming days, months, and years. We invite you to join us in this 40 Days of Focused Prayer for the Future.
